Tribute to Albert Einstein July 15, 2005 You are cordially invited to join us on July 15 for a Shabbat service and program paying tribute to the life and accomplishments of Albert Einstein. An Oneg Shabbat will follow the service. The service will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the TriBoro building on the campus of the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design (RMCAD), 1600 Pierce St., in Lakewood. Pierce is between Sheridan and Wadsworth. Directions are below. Beth Ami is considering establishing the campus as its new home, so I encourage you to come early and take a look around. Directions to Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design (RMCAD) Campus 1600 Pierce St., Lakewood CO From Denver: Take 6th Avenue Westbound to the Sheridan Blvd exit. Turn right at end of exit ramp onto Northbound Sheridan. Turn Left onto Colfax Avenue, then right onto Pierce Street (just past Casa Bonita) and then right into the RMCAD Campus (at the Main Entrance with the brick sign). From Boulder: Take US Hwy 36 South to I-25 South toward Denver. Take the Colfax Exit (#210A) and turn Right (onto westbound Colfax). After about 3 miles, turn right onto Pierce Street (just past Casa Bonita) and then right into the RMCAD campus. Directions to the TriBoro Building once you are on the campus: Follow the main campus road. It will take you along the north then east side of the Texas Bldg. Go around the circle in from the Texas Bldg. to the opposite side and continue on past the synagogue and to the south of the other buildings, then park in the lot by the Rotunda Room on your left. It is the building that is round on the outside and has floor-to-ceiling windows. Walk along the path to the right of the Rotunda Room to the central quad area. The TriBoro Building is the peach-colored stucco building directly across from the Rotunda Building. Please enter through the front door off the quad. Look for Beth Ami signs. |
